Cancelling a service

If you no longer require a hosting package or other product, we have a semi-official cancellation process where you can cancel a service immediately or at the end of a billing cycle. We'd appreciate also some feedback as to why you're cancelling it even if it's just to let us know you no longer require it.

To cancel a service, please go to the support area at aegishosting.co.uk/support/ Click on 'My Products & Services' and then the icon in the right hand detail column next to your hosting package. At the very bottom of the page will be a 'request cancellation' button.

You are then given the option to provide feedback and cancel either immediately or at the end of the billing cycle.
