I'm not in the EU. Do I have to pay VAT or Sales Tax ?

Our primary audience is to UK customers so our prices are quoted including VAT. That's 15% as of December 2008.

If you're not in the EU, upon checkout, the prices will be altered to reflect your non-EU status.
