No access to website, email, ftp, ssh

If you can't access your website, email ftp, ssh or any other service then it may be a number of problems.

  1. Our web server is not responding. It happens but unlikely.
  2. You've a local issue. Try another website to check your network connection.
  3. Our firewall has blocked your IP address because of repeated incorrect password attempts from your IP address. Check you're using the right password in your email, ftp and ssh settings.
  4. Our firewall has blocked your IP address because of a suspected security issue. CheckĀ here to see if your IP is blocked and to unblock it.
  5. Your domain name has expired. Check with your registrar or in your account if you registered your domain with us.
