Enabling full error reporting in v1.4+

Magento has full error reporting disabled in v1.4.0.1 and later. To enable it again during pre-production work or to track down a problem you can enable it by renaming local.xml.sample in the errors directory to local.xml

Remember to rename it back when you're finished.
