I'm in the UK but don't pay VAT. Can you take off VAT ?

If you're based in a UK dependancy that does not pay VAT such as the Channel Islands, please set up an account prior to purchasing and fill in a support ticket to our billing dept telling us where you're based. We will then mark your account as non-taxable and during the checkout process, VAT will not be applied.
